1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in KL and Selangor with certain postcode.
3. Delivery Method
We arrange delivery using Mr. Speedy / Lalamove / Grab , whichever available.
4. Delivery Time
Three to Four hours delivery window is required, no specific time allowed within the three or four hours selected. You can choose either 10am-2pm or 2pm-5pm. This is to take into account the traffic and the delivery schedule.
5. Delivery fees
Delivery fees are based on the location your order. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, delivery charges will be displayed.
6. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at whatsapp. If it was mishandled by car delivery company, we will then compensate you with a replacement of any cakes available here with equal value or we can make a claim compensation of the cake value from the delivery company (grab/ lalamove/ mr.speedy).
7. Failed delivery attempt
Kindly make sure the recipient is ready to pick up the phone call from driver and collect the item within the three or four hour delivery window selected. If the driver arrives the destination but could not reach you after 10 mins of waiting time , please arrange self collection from our self pick up point.
